The Freehold Volunteer Fire Company hosts a variety of events throughout the year to bring our community together while supporting the mission of the Freehold volunteer Fire Company. From Food Truck Mondays and seasonal fundraisers to public education programs and special events, each gathering helps strengthen local connections and support the training and equipment that keep our district protected.

🚒 Food Truck Monday – Vendor Booking (2026)

Freehold Volunteer Fire Company

The Freehold Volunteer Fire Company is accepting vendor reservations for the 2026 Food Truck Monday series. Vendors must complete the online booking process below and submit a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) to finalize approval.

📍 Event Information

📌 Location: 9502 Route 32, Freehold, NY

🕔 Event Hours: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

🛠 Setup Time: 3:30 PM – 4:45 PM (ready to serve by 5:00 PM)

📝 Reservation Process

  1. Complete your reservation by clicking "Book Event" below.
  2. After booking, email your Certificate of Insurance (COI) to: events@freeholdfireny.com
  3. Reservations are not confirmed until the COI has been received and the booking has been formally approved.

📌 Vendor Requirements

  • 🚚Vendors must operate as fully self-contained units.
  • 🔌Power hookup is not available on site.
  • 🚰Water hookup is not available on site.
  • 🧹Vendors must maintain a clean operating area.
  • 🚫All parking and fire lane instructions must be followed.

💲 Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the Freehold Volunteer Fire Company.
